  • Develop a custom-designed, full color brochure and property fact sheet
  • Deliver maximum market exposure and online promotion
  • Market your home through outreach to our local, national and international real estate network including the MLS and other national real estate websites
  • Coordinate a directional signage campaign in your neighborhood to direct buyers to your home and create interest
  • View or tour the competition and provide honest feedback to you on how your house compares


  • Hold open houses on your behalf
  • Follow up with the buyers or buyer’s agent after showings to obtain their valuable feedback and keep you apprised.
  • Pay close attention to the local market and advise you of any new developments that could impact your home
  • Present you with any and all offers on the home. Negotiate the offer to a price and terms acceptable to you and verify the purchaser’s financing with their lender by asking them the right questions
  • Help you negotiate any items from the home inspection and help to line up contractors to make any of the required repairs
  • Make sure all necessary homeowners association re-sale documents or condo documents are ordered and delivered to the purchaser within a timely fashion
  • Manage all of the transaction details from contract to closing
  • Accompany you to closing to make sure everything goes smoothly and personally congratulate you!
  • Provide recommendations to local movers
  • Provide realtor referrals to sellers moving out of the area
