Jack was a great match as a realtor for my husband and I. We heard so many horror stories from friends regarding realtors who placed pressure to purchase, didn’t do sufficient research on properties and didn’t really add much value. Jack was none of those things. We have lived in the Arlington area for many years but are transplants to the Northern Virginia area, not having grown up here we were unfamiliar with the more suburban areas of Fairfax County. Jack took us out multiple weekends to show us possible neighborhoods to get a sense of what we were looking for in a community, school district, commute, style preferences, etc. and used all that information to narrow our search. He never placed any pressure on us to purchase and encouraged us to wait until the right property came along. Purchasing a home is extremely stressful and Jack truly alleviated that stress with his expertise of the NoVA real estate market and his easy going personality, we genuinely enjoyed spending our Sundays with him for 4 months :-).
