Jack and the team at Dutko Ragen were excellent, from the very beginning of the home buying process, straight through to closing. At the beginning of the process, Jack helped to walk me through the steps to buying a home and wasn’t pushy when I said I wasn’t in a rush to buy.

Once the home-buying process began in earnest, Jack’s knowledge of the area, pricing trends, and negotiation strategy made it one of the smoothest processes I’ve ever been involved with. Jack arranged for inspectors, estimates, tests, appraisals and even connected me with a lender. I don’t know that there is any higher praise than this: I got the first house bid on with the first offer I submitted. And Jack even got the buyers to fix the roof.
