Jack is the best. He was very patient with us during the home buying process and did an awesome job of negotiating with the seller on our behalf. When we first started looking for homes we thought we could get a better deal by going directly to the seller. Huge mistake. After several attempts we found Jack and what a blessing it was. He saved us thousands on the price of the home and even got the seller to pay the closing cost. Just cant say enough about how professional and knowledgeable this guy is.
