Jack was both my seller’s and my buyer’s agent last summer when I relocated within the county. I handed him quite a challenge: to sell a house late in the market season and find me another house that my parents could move into and share with me and my children, before the new school year started. All with a limited budget. He delivered! When Jack took over the task, the quality of marketing instantly improved and the buyer I needed came. He helped me address the buyer’s concerns and went above and beyond in helping this single mother with health issues survive the entire process. We found a house with the second kitchen, etc., that my parents needed that would also accommodate mobility issues. My kids love their schools and I am enjoying this neighborhood more than my old one. I felt at ease with Jack both personally and professionally throughout the whole process. There is no question but that he listened to my needs and desires and worked hard to serve his client! I would work with Jack again before considering any other agent.
