Overall we could not be happier with the professional service provided by Jack. His suggestions and support in staging our house were spot one. He did a great job working with the photographer and preparing an exceptional online presence for the sale of our home. His analysis of the local market and input to our setting of the listing price resulted in a final sale that exceeded our expectations. Jack has a great network of support contractors that we called upon to address repairs needed in response to the home inspection. The one word I would use that best describes our experience with Jack would be “responsive”. He was always available by text, phone and in person if needed. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Jack for anyone’s real estate needs. In fact we have! We recommended Jack to our son in the purchase of his first home and to our friends in the sale of their home. Jack did an outstanding job with both.
