Jack impressed from the word go. He had the comps printed out for us and was able to articulate why he thought our house should be priced at a specific amount. No one else came in as prepared or with the knowledge of our specific neighborhood and surrounds.

We signed on the spot and Jack had his game plan ready. We scheduled photos and the target date for the listing to go active. We walked room to room with Jack giving his recommendations on changes (or in most cases deletions!) he thought should be made. I only disagreed on a couple of recommendations and he did not push, heard me out and a compromise was reached.

Our house listing went active on a Wednesday, by Thursday evening we had two offers and an indicated third one on its way. That one was received Friday morning. Of the three, two exceeded asking price which we thought was high! The three of us sat down that evening and went over the offers and all agreed on the one to accept. His negotiating was excellent and we were very happy with the result.

At each step of the process Jack was in constant communication with an obvious grasp of the procedures. At no time did we feel abandoned because he was always a step ahead.

We not only would recommend Jack to family, friends and neighbors, we already have. We cannot praise his professionalism, knowledge, people and negotiating skills too much. Selling ones home of 25 + years is a stressful undertaking. We honestly felt no stress because Jack had everything under control and never gave us an opportunity or cause for stress. 10 stars
