My husband and I refer anyone looking into purchasing a home to Jack! He is truly a master of his trade. We were actually working with another realtor (who we purchased our last home through) and met jack while viewing an open house, we were so impressed with his knowledge of the area, his connections within the profession and excellent sense of humor that we switched over the next day.
We were very specific about what we wanted and what we could afford and Jack was very patient when needed and seriously persistent when called for.
In the end, Jack jumped through many hoops to get the house we really wanted(even fighting for fixes/warranties we didn’t know we could get) for the price we thought was right. No matter how many road blocks we ran into, Jack was ready with a plan to fix it.
He helped my husband and I into a home we are proud of. We still can’t believe how smooth things went… we can’t believe we got the home we were dreaming of!
